Happy Earth Day, 2016!

Happy Earth Day, 2016!

The best way to observe Earth Day is to be as close to united with Earth as possible. This means being totally bare, clothes-free, nude. In doing so, we are eliminating the residues from detergents and cleaning agents that we use in cleaning our clothes and garments. A small step, true. But if enough of us go bare on Earth Day, think of all the pollutants we are sparing our planet.

April 22, each year, marks the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970. In that year, the "counterculture" of the 1960s was beginning to decline. In the developed and developing world, drivers were guzzling leaded gas by innumerable gallons, industries belched out smoke and sludge with no consequences and there was little, if any, concern for the environment.

Earth Day 1970, gave a voice to a growing consciousness for natural stewardship and environmental responsibility. Our resources, including the air that we breathe and the water that we drink, were daily being polluted and consumed at a rate that would soon make the planet unable to sustain life.

It is only natural that the naturist/nudist community join forces with all efforts to preserve, conserve and act responsibly for all initiatives to maintain and reclaim a world that is habitable and productive. All of us need to be accountable in our goal of leaving this planet in a far better state than than what it was in the past.

We should all do our small part in maintaining a planet that allows us to reap the many healthy benefits of outdoor bare pleasures. If each one of us takes the time to clean up our own trash and encourage others to do the same, we help keep our earth clean and reduce the amount of garbage that is dumped into landfills each year. Let's work together and make every day an Earth Day!

Peace! Get naked. Enjoy!
