Strip With Pride

When stripping off your clothing for the camera, it's a good practice to do so with pride in the fact that a) you're not ashamed of doing so and b) you're not embarrassed about your body or your nudity.

One certain way to demonstrate your confidence in your nakedness and yourself is to face the camera while removing clothing. This shows that there's nothing surreptitious in your stripping - the photographer wasn't a voyeur who caught you unaware.

Most cameras today come equipped with both a still-life and/or video mode. Whenever possible, glance in the direction of the lens in an effort to make "eye-contact" with the photographer and the viewer.

Take off your clothes effortlessly and with confidence. All of us have experience doing this when we're not in front of the lens. Simply pretend the camera isn't there and strip accordingly.

Once you reach your "basic" or foundation layer of clothing, reveal your nudity in a normal manner. No one is paying you to become bare, so there's no suspense in prolonging what's happening: all that you're doing is becoming comfortable and naked.

There's no reason to cup your hands over your genitalia or try to conceal your nudity. You've got nothing to hide, feel guilty about or to be ashamed over.

After all, it's just a man's body and we're just getting comfortable. Be proud and be bare!

Peace! Get naked. Enjoy!
