Photo-Blog: Do Something Naked Today!
Today is Thursday, October 1, 2015. Notice that first Autumn leaf on your outdoor patio? The new season is fast approaching. Before it's too late, get outside and do something bare today. It doesn't have to be anything exciting or spectacular, actually, it can be something as simple as a few yoga stretches on the outdoor deck. The important thing is to be totally clothes-free!
Not familiar with the yoga exercises, no problem. Enjoy your breakfast while naked or check out social media bare. Read a book or watch television. Just be nude while you're doing it. In my area, a major tropical storm is moving up the East Coast of the USA. The weather predictions are lousy, so I know I'll be bare-assed and happy inside!
The first day of every month is now the new "do something naked today" date. This will be a new monthly feature here on Guys Without Boxers, publishing on the first of every month. It's entitled a "photo-blog" because it is a post entry that relies on graphics/images to convey the information instead of text. I'll post a reminder for all of us to try and have a nude moment to appreciate our natural bodies. Even if it's nothing more than spending some time alone thinking about our current situation and reviewing our options for improvement or world affairs, all we need to do is remember to be nude and relaxed.
If the weather permits, try taking a naked walk, alone or with your "significant other." You'd be amazed at the sense of liberation you experience once the burden of the confinement of clothes is removed from both your body and mind.
If it is possible and convenient, try skinny-dipping solo in a familiar watering-hole. If it is too cool where you life, improvise by wading into the body of water and just walk around. Total immersion isn't necessary, the important purpose is to clear your mind. If you encounter another early autumn skinny-dipper, so much the better. Use the meeting as an opportunity to create a new bare acquaintance.
A word of caution before you skinny-dip, never swim alone and if yo do, always make sure it's in a body of water that you are familiar. If you're by yourself, never go further than waist deep. Be safe and not sorry!
It the weather is too chilly to be outdoors and clothes-free, simply plan some time indoors while nude. Hang out garment-free and allow yourself to get comfortable, peaceful and reach a "happy place" while you're in your nude space. The goal here is to allow the time to disengage from daily stress and enjoy a little "quality-you" time.
