Now that the winter holidays are officially behind us, we're at last able to reclaim our weekends as our own. There's no urgency to waking up and marching out the door in order to complete our "to-do" list of errands and tasks associated with holiday planning, shopping and social obligations. Now we have the luxury of finally being able to relax and remembering to b-r-e-a-t-h-e!
It's appropriate to have a "chill day" (leisure or "lay-around" day) during the winter. For one thing, most of us are currently experiencing actual cold if not frigid temperatures this time of the year. So rather than get up, get dressed (an unpleasant task for us naturists/nudists even under ideal conditions) and then fight the cold to get where we're going. It maybe cold outside but we can all stay warm wrapped inside the arms of the man (men) we love!
There are several animal species that hibernate during the winter season. When it is cold outdoors and the weather is lousy, that seems like a smart practice to me. Why risk frost-bite or worse when it isn't absolutely necessary?
