Before you pack away your winter scarf, it just might be a good idea to re-think this for a moment. This is March, a very confusing and confounding month. Outside, it's as though Mother Nature is unable to decide is this Spring? or else, is it still Winter? Probably all of us are more than ready for the arrival of Spring.
But don't become too careless or hasty.
It isn't quite Spring just yet. We still have a week to go until Spring officially begins. And remember, just because the seasons change methodologically, the outdoor temperatures do not necessarily change automatically. Early Spring can be cold and blustery also.
It might be a better idea to keep the scarf handy for a few more weeks. If the weather gets unseasonably warm, you can always use it as a boa!
