Happy Cinco de Mayo!
Today is a major celebration in Mexico, the Fifth of May. For any readers there, I hope you can take advantage of the nice weather and be as bare as you dare!
The Cinco de Mayo celebration commemorates the victory of the Mexican army over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. Many in the USA confuse this date with Mexican Independence Day, which is observed on September 16.
